Dale Mortimer, co-founder of Daloris Dairy, graduated from Utah State with his masters in Educational technologies, and has been leading an exceptional art program at Bonneville High school for 35 years.   He  takes pride in teaching his students how to reach their utmost potential.  He has had multiple students receive high honors such as winning the Congressional Art Award for the state of Idaho.   Those student’s were awarded with a place to display a piece of their artwork in the Capitol building in Washington D.C. for a year.
